Hey, what’s going on, guys? John Monday with Stars and Stripes Real Estate doing a little case study. We’re out here at Fallbrook. It’s in San Diego County right by Riverside County. As you can see, this is about a 3,400-square-foot house on about six acres. How we ended up buying it was, it was just a really, really tired landlord. She had been dealing with these tenants for about two years, and she just really couldn’t do it anymore. So we actually bought it about 11 months ago. The tenants stayed for about seven, three of which they actually paid for, and now we’re at the rehab stage. So let’s go walk through, and check it out.
