We are looking for distressed or older properties to either Fix and Flip or hold as long term investments. We are looking for help from our talented local Real Estate Agents. We are looking for properties that meet these basic requirements :

Riverside County/ Inland Empire 75% ARV minus Repairs- SFR and Multi

Rest of California- 65% ARV minus Repairs. SFR and Multi

Nationwide- 60% ARV minus Repairs. SFR and Multi.

We will also add our agents to our early mailing list whenever our properties are hitting the market so your clients can see them before they hit the MLS!
